Cancellation Policy

Amica requires you to notify us, with no less than 24 hours' notice for appointment cancelations. Amica asks you to assist us by giving appropriate time to refill your appointment. 24hrs minimum notice gives us the best chance to refill your appointment slot so that other Amica clients have the opportunity to book any new available appointment slot. Hence, nobody is at any financial loss. If you do not give the required notice, you may be charged a partial or full fee to your nominated credit card on file. The fee charged depends on our ability to refill your booked time slot, so the more time you can provide us, the more likely you will not be charged for cancellation. Appointments you make with Amica and are cancelled without notice more than twice you will be required to pay in full before booking your future appointments.
